Love Mercy
Love Mercy began in 2010, when Australian Olympian Eloise Wellings met Ugandan Olympian and former child soldier, Julius Achon.
After competing in the Olympics and building a life in America, Julius returned home to Uganda. His community were suffering in famine, and Julius & Eloise vowed to help.
Our three main projects increase access to education, health care and income generation for thousands of families after decades of civil war.

As admirers of helping people to help themselves, we love and support the Cents for Seeds program. This program contributes to empowering communities out of poverty and assists in regenerating not only food but incomes via a micro-loan project running in northern Uganda. The loan cycle is self-generating, sustainable and goes on to reach even more communities down the track, meaning families and villages can self support for years to come. A noble and aspiring cause to support we feel.
